The emergency team acted quickly, demonstrating not only excellent medical expertise but also a calming bedside manner that made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. They communicated clearly, explained every step of the treatment, and showed genuine warmth and concern for my son’s comfort and wellbeing. The hospital facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, giving us complete confidence that he was in the best possible hands.   I have always had pleasant experiences in this hospital. Thank you to the Cardiologist, dr. I Nyoman Gede Sudiarta, M.Biomed, Sp.JP. He treated my CAD since 2023 and just recently I am declared medication free. I will keep the daily regime and diet as you recommended. 😀 Thank you to the Neurologist, dr. I Nyoman Gde Wahyudana, Sp.BS, Subs TB (K). He once even offered a Video Call with my step daughter in UK to consult regarding my husband’s LBP whether his condition is clinically required for operation. Thank you my Neurologist, dr. Dian Kusumastuti Anggraeni Putri, Sp.S. She has always attentively listened to every symptoms I feel. Last but not least, thank you, Nurse Devi of Cardiology Department, for your patience and being accommodating to me yet remain professional and respectful. Mind you, I use state insurance (BPJS) but the hospital, the doctors and the staff are all professionally treating me and my husband.
