  HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL! I stayed in a VIP room at my own expense and had a terrible experience. The bed had ants, the sofa was damaged, and nurses rarely checked on me, I had to press the call button even late at night just to replace an IV. I’m asking for regular monitoring, but it didn’t happen. I wasn’t informed about what medications or injections I was given, nor their costs, and no consent was requested. On day one, I received common meds I’ve seen in the minimarket, but none on day two despite still feeling unwell. After I asked, meds were hastily given at 5 a.m. I was asked to approve the same lab tests daily, but the prices kept increasing without clear explanation. After two days, I was charged nearly 10 million IDR with no medical progress. The ER had said I’d be informed for every 5 million spent, but I wasn’t told anything until I asked. and the only excuse was, “we forgot.” No proper apology, and no billing explanation in-room.   I am done with Ari Canti. The doctors are a hit or miss, mostly a miss. And it’s over crowded resulting in rushed consults. My last visit was a joke, the doctor had nothing to share, did his endoscopy for 3 seconds surely just to add 500k to the bill. I was out to collect some overpriced meds within 3 minutes. They managed to total up the bill to 1.5 juta from a 300k consult, while having kitas. I’ll be going to another hospital from now on.
