  A family member had a motorbike accident late at night, and we contacted the team for an urgent call-out. They were incredibly attentive from the very beginning, communicating with us via WhatsApp, working out how to reach our villa despite there being no car access, and arriving within 30 minutes. They thoroughly assessed and treated the injuries on site, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything that needed attention was taken care of.
