    I had to visit urgent care in Bali after a monkey bite at the Monkey Forrest. I walked in at 6 pm and the first appointment they could get me from the on call Doctor was 7:30 pm. When the time came I was genuinely impressed by how thorough and professional the staff were. They took the time to carefully explain everything to me; from WHO recommended guidelines and rabies exposure risk to the recommended treatment plan and vaccine schedule. They also walked me through potential vaccine side effects, what symptoms to monitor for, and answered every question I had without rushing me. The staff were calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a pretty stressful situation. I really appreciated how seriously they took the situation while still making me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. Excellent care and professionalism from start to finish.

    Very quick, clean and professional. The doctor takes the times to explained everything's and answers to all my questions. The nurse is also very soft and kind. I came to the clinic because of a monkey bite and they didn't use my fear to apply an expensive full option treatment but only the well fitted treatment. I can enjoy the rest of my vacations thanks to this clinic!

    I had the absolute best experience with Celsius Medical Care. Dr. Itta Sandi and nurse Dwayu came to my hotel within 30 minutes and helped examine and diagnose me in the comfort of my own bed. The entire process I felt very safe and in good hands. They are very lovely people! I would highly recommend!

    I brought my relative from overseas to Celcius Medical Care because they had diarrhea during their trip. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. The doctor was professional, explained everything clearly, and made my relative feel comfortable. The service was fast, and the clinic was clean and well organized. Thankfully my relative felt much better after the treatment. I really appreciate the care and would definitely recommend this clinic, especially for international visitors. 😊
