    Clean and well-managed hospital with good service. It’s easy to get information and schedule an appointment quickly via WhatsApp. When you arrive, you register at the front desk and they guide you to the relevant department. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    I took my child who had inflammation to Kenak Hospital for a check-up, the day before my child came to the ER because of a high fever and all the staff in the ER and especially Dr. Agung carried out the procedure very quickly and gave a very detailed explanation regarding things that need to be considered for my child, then the next day my child still had a high fever and then I took him to the pediatrician Dr. Nandika and received extraordinary care, the doctor examined my child's health condition in detail and was assisted by a very agile nurse and then also prescribed medication to the pharmacy which did not take a long time to get the medicine. In my opinion, if you are hesitant to go to the hospital because the hospital atmosphere can be psychologically burdensome, Kenak Medika Hospital can be an option for those around the Ubud area if you want to get treatment with a sense of calm and comfort

    Wow what a wonderful hospital, so clean and neat. The staff is so efficient, friendly and professional. We had an unfortunate incident with ATV while on holiday in Ubud, requiring my son to get stitches, and the staff of Kenak Medika Hospital really made the medical experience so easy for us as foreigners. I am highly impressed with the level of service received here. Thank you to everybody from the registration staff, nurses, doctor on duty, pharmacy staff and customer service 😀

    I couldn’t be more satisfied after my visit Kenak Medika yesterday.The facility is very clean and all staff are extremely helpful and polite. To see the a specialist it took literally 10 min which wasn’t waiting but do pre-check in. I was in one hour out with my medication going home. As today, I am feeling much better. Thank you for everyone from the registration to checkout. Especially thank you to dr. Winty Septiani handle my case professionally but with big heart.
