    We went there because my son had a loose motion situation and very unpredictable bubble moments repeated oh there was about 15 minutes. We had to wait for the doctor to come. Had to fill a form and give the details of us and the situation after observation doctor told us that better to be doing the stool test and maybe a blood test as well so we gave stools sample for the test. There was a washroom inside and some tablets medicine were given after that and for the tool report to come it it’ll take about Lovers as it will come tomorrow they say they can WhatsApp us the report and when we came to the counter, the entire treatment Costa does 1.1 million IDR. When we wanted to see the breakdown, it was 400 K for the Doctor fee 300 K for treatment and 300 K for the medicine. We had no option but to pay this they said it is Insurance that you that we can claim but we said we have no insurance and the bill is too high. It is extremely high, but it was that.

    I dropped in with blocked ears. I was very carefully examined and assessed. Communication all round was excellent, and the care was sensitive. It took 2 visits to clear my ears (wax needed softening) and I was really pleased with both doctors and nurses that took care of me. Actually tutned out to be an enjoyable experience.

    Highly recommend if you don't feel well. I went there at 7pm without prior notice and I only waited 15min. Very professional, explains very well and they have the medecine there too so it's very efficient. Thank you so much

    I visited the clinic because I didn’t want my cold to get worse. The doctor, nurse, and reception staff were all very caring and attentive. Everyone spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The doctor prescribed me medicine and also gave it directly to me. The treatment worked really well, and I recovered quickly before my illness got worse. Highly recommend this clinic!
