    We had a very good experience with Nusa Medica Clinic Ubud. The whole team was very professional, from the reception staff to the medical assistance team and even the ambulance driver. Our 3-year-old daughter had gastroenteritis, and they took care of everything very quickly and professionally. They explained every step clearly and kept us informed about her condition all the time. She received injections, blood tests, and stool tests, and we received the results on the same day. They were also very cooperative with our insurance company regarding the payment process. Thankfully, our insurance covered all the expenses. If you have insurance, I highly recommend this clinic without hesitation. Without insurance, it can be expensive for foreigners, but the quality of care is excellent. Overall, it was a very reassuring and professional experience with fast treatment and excellent communication. Everyone spoke very good English, which made everything much easier for us. Thank you again

    Deserves 10/10 stars. Dr. Yantra and the nursing and reception team are absolute superstars. If I lived here I would go there for any issue. Best medical centre in the world. Honeslty, from the moment I hobbled in the door, the reception team were friendly efficient and helpful. I was quickly triaged by Ns. Cempaka. and treated by Dr. Yantra, and they treated me with kindness, compassion and care. Dr. Yantra helped me so quickly, and provided excellent communication and support throughout my appointment, hands down best doctor I have ever met. The teamwork between the medical team was amazing.

    The staff quickly responded to a WhatsApp message before we arrived at the clinic. When we got there, the staff were very attentive and caring. They told us the doctor was doing a home visit and we could wait for him. So we got breakfast at a nearby cafe and within about 20 minutes, the staff messaged us and told us the doctor had returned and was ready to see us. The doctor was thorough and we felt very comfortable with him. We conveniently picked up the prescription at the clinic and were able to pay with a credit card. The bill was written to make it easy to use for billing insurance. Overall, we had a great experience at Nusa Medical Clinic and highly recommend for international travelers.
