  The right place to go if you happen to be in Ubud and are seeking for primary medical help or services. One of the biggest primary public healthcare centre in Ubud. The centre has both general and dental polyclinics that open from 8am-1pm, as well as emergency services. They offers a comprehensive services from pregnant women, children, and elderlies. The centre is also equipped with simple lab work facility. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The registration process can be done by either walk-in or online. The queue system is also organised well. Moreover, the environment both in and around hospital is very clean.

  The staffs are great, informative, helpful. But the facilities are worst. The dental chair is very ancient. Even one supporting device broken and made a duaarrr sounds when I was there. Glass to rinse your mouth is very very dirty. Bring your own glass ! No suction device for your saliva.

  Had a medical treatment after an accident with our scooter. They immediately took care of us und explained us, what we have to do afterwards. No scam, great communication als definitely recommended!

  Terrible service; completely and utterly useless staff who don't even know the basic health regulations of their own government. Absolutely shameful behavior refusing to provide vaccinations for foreigners during the pandemic. You might as well stand outside and do a rain dance to the gods because these people cannot help you; they're simply too unqualified and unprofessional.
