    I visited Taruna Medical Service Clinic due to a sudden illness. I received excellent and prompt care. The laboratory test results were available on the same day, and I was able to get the correct medications later that evening. They also communicated very well between my clinic visits and provided excellent follow-up after my final appointment. The doctors were highly professional and knowledgeable, and the nurses were very friendly and efficient. I can highly recommend this clinic without hesitation!

    I'd been suffering from constipation for four weeks. I tried everything myself with recommended remedies from various pharmacists, spending Rp. 600,000 less without success. So I went to Taruna Medical Clinic. After explaining my problem to Dr. Taruna, he took the time to explain the possible cause. After an examination, medication, and a thorough explanation of how to use it, I left the clinic. After an hour-long consultation, various medications, and expert and pleasant assistance, the bill was Rp. 700,000. The next morning, my constipation was gone. Conclusion: no more self-medication, but straight to this clinic. Thanks to Dr. Taruna, the physician assistant, and the other staff. Terima kasih banyak.

    Was very unwell and really dehydrated following contraction of a bug while in Bali. Sent a WhatsApp to the Taruna Medical Service and they replied right away to set up an immediate appointment without any delays. Had all the treatments and medicines and same day labs done results with follow up consultation. After just a few hours I felt so much better and even went snorkelling on the next day. Strong recommendation for any travellers in Ubud.

    People here are amazing, this kind nurse woman at reception and the doctor were great. They took time to explain me and give me information on my situation. They were helpful and nice. They made me feel calmer and well taken cared of. They provided what I needed in terms of medicine. The place is clean, with AC, very quiet.
