    Visited Toya Medika Clinic this morning. Very clean looking premises. Nurses and Doctor speak English and we're friendly and welcoming. I said I had Kitas visa so I forwarded my visa through to them. Doctor and nurses were very professional during my consultation. Doctor gave me name of Specialist in Denpasar for further follow up. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for the service they provide.

    I contacted this clinic around 11 p.m. because I needed to change the bandage on my broken pinky toe. They replied almost immediately, clearly explaining the available options and prices, which I really appreciated. They informed me that they don’t have an orthopedic doctor at the clinic, but that a general doctor could still see me. They offered me an appointment the next morning, which was very convenient. When I came in the morning, I was able to see the doctor and a nurse who helped change the bandage on my toe. The price was communicated clearly from the beginning, so everything was transparent and straightforward. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience.

    The medical team arrived 20 minutes after we called them to our hotel - really fast for Bali Traffic. They were well organised and professional. Everything went really well, and they had all the essential equipment with them. The doctor gave me good medication and checked everything thoroughly (blood results, etc.). I can definitely recommend them if you have health problems, especially food poisoning.

    I arrived sick in Bali and our hotel called Toya Medika Clinic. I had doctor Devita, within 20 minutes they arrived and did a thorough check-up. They suspected an infection so they took blood and gave me IV, monitored me for 2 hours and the blood results came back within a couple of hours. An infection was indeed what I had, they gave me antibiotics and additional medication which they delivered at the hotel. I can’t thank this medics enough because I was in a really bad shape and they took the right actions to figure out what was wrong with me. Thank you so much doctor Devita , Makassi 🙏🏻🙏🏻
