  I visited this clinic in Ubud after getting food poisoning and feeling quite unwell. I’m thankful that I chose them, as they were sincere, competent, kind and efficient from start to finish. The receptionist is very sweet, and I was fortunate to have Dr Chintya as my physician. Both spoke excellent English and showed great care and concern. They checked me thoroughly and suggested a blood test to ensure that I received the correct medication. Thanks to their care, I was back on my feet very soon, but they still followed up with me over the next few days to check on my recovery. I was especially grateful for how accommodating they were in helping me with the requirements for my travel insurance claim, and for the practical advice they gave me about what I could safely eat while recovering. I really appreciate that as a competent and sincere medical practice, they focused on helping me recover and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments. They were also reassuring and kind at a time

  Had a fever while staying in Ubud and needed urgent care. The clinic was easy to find, clean, and not crowded. The doctor spoke good English, was very thorough, and made me feel at ease. The treatment was effective and the whole process was smooth. Great experience, especially for travelers who need medical help in Ubud. 5 stars!
