    The doctor and also the nurse Monica were really patient. I had a terrible food poisoning. They gave me IV drops and it made me feel much better.

    I came in with an extremely sore throat to the point I could not even swallow saliva without stabbing pain. The nurse and doctor did not take my condition seriously - they were snickering, exchanging looks, and rolling their eyes when I insisted that the pain was extreme enough I needed IV because I was on course to being dehydrated and couldn’t drink water. They did give me the correct antibiotics, steroid in pill form, and prescription for high strength painkillers (which they did not have in stock themselves). I went after to an emergency room, where the doctor looked at my throat and immediately recognized the severity and put me on IV for hydration and medication. In summary, don’t go here for severe conditions, especially as a foreigner.

    We used this service for my 10yo old son who had a severe cough. We thought he just needed Redipred. They fitted us in quickly and the Dr asked lots of questions and was extremely thoughtful and gentle. He gave us cough medicine and antibiotics which turned out to be the right course of action. We were back in action two days later. It cost 600,000IDR plus medicine, cheaper than home and I wouldn't travel without money to cover emergencies like this. Worth every cent thank you.
