    I went to this medical centre for advice after being scratched by a stray kitten while walking down the street. I made an appointment late at night via WhatsApp for the next morning. They messaged back almost immediately confirming my appointment. The medical centre is super clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Professional, friendly and very good at explaining the risks of rabies from a stray cat scratch. I got excellent care with rabies shots (one in each arm) plus a clearly laid out schedule for my next two doses (which I will have upon returning to Australia). The information was so reassuring and the shots didn’t hurt either. I was also given copies of receipts and information for my insurance via WhatsApp. I was in and out of this clinic in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend Ubud Royal Medical.

    I came here super last minute booking through my travel insurance, and it was such a pleasure to be treated for my throat infection here. The doctors were super attentive and professional and the facility is squeaky clean. Lab results came out super quick too. I was up on my feet within one day. Highly highly recommend— don’t wait, just go ;)
