  Visited this clinic after being scratched by a stray cat and had to get preventative care for rabies. Although the fear of the situation was really stressful, the staff did everything in their power to make me calm and comfortable. The service was truly impeccable. I have visited many health clinics throughout my travels but none has ever been near this level. Unicare clinic was accomodating, calming, warm and explained every part of the process, which left me feeling fully taken care of. Everyone spoke English, which is a huge plus when you feel helpless in another country. They answer any questions you might have and even helped me call my insurance company abroad to help me claim the expensive rabies immunoglobulin cost, so I didn’t have to cover the it myself. Extra thank you to the doctor who had the patience of a saint. He walked me through the whole process, warned me when something was going to be painful and it really felt like he catered the care to fit my personality. Wo

  I had a small scooter accident and ended up with several nasty scrapes, one of which wouldn't heal properly. After a few days, I decided to visit the clinic. Everything was very well organized, the waiting time was short, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff explained everything clearly, and the clinic itself made a very professional impression—it was clean, well maintained, and clearly prepared to handle minor emergencies while taking them seriously. Whether it's a monkey bite, a scooter accident, or a laceration that needs stitches, they seem to handle everything efficiently and professionally. The team is friendly, careful, thorough, and genuinely committed to providing good care. Dr. Devi treated me twice, and she was especially outstanding—competent, professional, compassionate, and very friendly. I felt well cared for throughout the entire process.   I had an appointment for my second shot of Qdengua vaccine. The team was very competent and the clinic very clean. Everything went quite fast. Dr. Pradnya was very nice and was kind to check on some skin rashes I had got the days before. She even checked up on me on the following day. Very nice clinic and team!
