    I had a very positive experience at this medical clinic. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. A special thank you to Dr. Cahya, who is an outstanding professional with excellent knowledge and a very reassuring approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and informed about my situation.     A professional and well run facility, took my 6 year old son to Dr Adi. Great team, diagnosed him and gave us good meds. I also received my invoice and diagnosis on pdf which was helpful if we travel back home and require this information for another doctor. Offices are well run and doctor speaks English. Very pleasant and friendly staff - will return to them if we ever need medical assistance again.

    I came here with a torn nail and received excellent care. The very kind nurse at the reception welcomed me, helped me fill in my basic details, and even cleaned the wound before the doctor attended to me. The doctor then performed the procedure professionally and with care. Throughout the whole process, they communicated clearly, explained everything step by step, and were exceptionally friendly. Truly outstanding medical care – I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended! EDIT: After visiting another clinic in Ubud, I have to once again emphasize how outstanding the care here in Uluwatu truly was. Please don’t get me wrong – the staff in Ubud were also great, but the level of care and approach I experienced in Uluwatu was on another level and truly exceptional.
