  **Do not visit this hospital*** Wrong diagnosis, incorrect medication given. I had a hacking cough for 5 days. Visited Rumah Sakit Universitas and was given appointment with young Doctor. He had 3 interns with him in office. I explained to him that my cough was getting worse, couldn't sleep. Wheezy in chest. He did not examine me. No stethoscope on my chest or back. He said I had build up of acid in my stomach that was making me cough. I said I did not have any stomach problems, no reflux. He gave me pills and mixture for stomach acid. Two days later I was in emergency room at Kasih Ibu with bad chest infection and was put on nebuliser to breathe. In hindsight, I didn't have any confidence in the Doctors explanation of my condition. I did not get my prescription filled as I did not have any stomach problem. Never have in my life. I suggest this Doctor is reviewed immediately by his peers. He needs to be held accountable for what he says and prescribes to his patients.

  Terrible service and very disrespectful attitude. I came to the hospital with all the necessary referrals for an MRI and simply asked them to tell me what time my appointment would be. However, no one could give me a clear answer. It is almost impossible to get a reply on WhatsApp — messages are ignored, and no one provides any useful information. At the reception, they also could not explain when the MRI would be done. They only told me to wait for an indefinite amount of time, without saying whether it would take one day, several days, or even longer. I was also not allowed to ask anyone else to clear the situation . Instead of helping, they simply said that I could go to another hospital like 5 times 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 thank you

  Every time I've needed medical attention here in Bali, I've gone to this hospital. I've always received excellent care from very attentive professionals, and the price is fair, unlike the international hospitals in the region that charge a fortune for the same service.
