    We went to gmc to seek help regarding mental conditions that already affected us physically and how we do things in daily life, up to the point where the worst-case scenario thoughts appeared. But, what we went through in gmc was a 0/10 experience, both poli umum and poli psikologi. 1. Disregarding the patient's feelings, not considering what the patient was seeking. 2. Difficult and confusing system, not consistent within the communication, even seeking help that we need feel so difficult 3. From what we experience, seems like they DID NOT take mental health or psychological concerns as something serious, just try another psychologist they said…….???????? (when we feel already at the bottom, imagining horrible things) We were seeking help, but no one really showed relevant effort or empathy.

    Too bad I never get any chance to see Psychologist. The quota is just for two person each day and it always runs out for me. But, apart from that, the facilities is kind of helpful in my opinion. If you ask me, I would suggest you come here if you need serious treatment. A friend of mine told me that the doctors are doubtful, especially if your problem is *just* fever, maag, or headache. I visited it on my first year in college, and the doctor handled it well. She gave me Recommendation Letter so I could enter RS Gadjah Mada—yeah, my sickness need me to going there—and then I received better traitment there. Before I went to cashier, I googled it to check the price and I was afraid if I could not afford it. But in the end, UGM gave me an enormous discount that make me couldn't do anything but feeling grateful about that.

    Bad medical services even for its own students. I don’t feel okay consulting my freaking period problems with a male doctor, staff didn’t even bother to ask me if I’m comfortable with it. 0/10 would not come back here ever again.
