  Happy Land. A hospital that seems not that happy, inside and outside. Now, I know why this hospital is not popular compared to others. It's because of the bad service and standard of hospitality. My sister gave birth at this hospital and there were some issues we had. 1. VIP room without VIP services. The room had old facilities. The menu didn't suit with the price. 2. The doctor who should take care of my sister was away and my sis was with the nurse, but charged with doctor service. 3. The attitude of the nurse. Many times the nurse showed a pretty disappointing attitude when communicating with us (without smile, talking while looking at other directions, rude intonation) 4. They won't let you borrow cutlery. My brother asked the nurse desk wanting to borrow a bowl and some spoons. But the nurse only said, "We don't have cutlery." Like... how did they gave meals to patients if they didn't have cutlery? Meanwhile, other local hospitals will gave the customer cutlery if they needed i

  The best hospital in Yogyakarta. Good place, service for patient is good, clean and nurses are nice. Fast responds, fast for processing the drugs and cashier.

  A classy hospital, very good and satisfying service, especially during the current covid pandemic, its really kept clean, as well as patients who come have their checked temperature, used handsenitazer, doctors and nurses who are very friendly, toilets are clean + smell good and parking area is also spacious, the patient service is number one.

  I don’tk ow why this hospital is not popular compared to other, maybe because of the location. The staffs are friendly, helpfull, and professional. Place is comfortable, lots of seating and various services available. Parking is also wide enough.
