  Rs Hermina ... clean hospitals, good services, good employees and doctors friendly, serving BPJS, unfortunately far from the city center of Jogja, but the main problem is with the services and facilities here.

  The registration service at this hospital is truly the worst. The staff is incredibly insensitive to stroke patients who forget their control letter, telling them to walk around on their own without any clear guidance on where to get it. Even after the patient showed a photo of the control letter and referral, which the staff could see, nothing was made easier for them. The stroke patient had to walk back and forth alone. Are we not paying for these services? Why is it so hard to make things easier for the patient?
