  Got my ears cleaned and checked here this afternoon and honestly had a great experience. The queue was super quick, and the service was amazing. The doctor wasn’t just there to do the job and send me off — she actually took the time to explain a lot about ear health, especially how I should be more mindful with my earphone volume when listening to music. It felt more personal and informative rather than just a basic check-up, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend!

  Absolutely loved my experience at Klinik Arda 24 Jam. They were open on a day most other clinics were not, were extremely responsive on WhatsApp and provided information in English for ease. My actual visit was extremely quick, I got to see Dr Reza who was amazing and understanding. She listened to my concerns, ordered a test right away and walked me through the results. The pharmacy is located on site and so was the lab. It was extremely reasonably priced and I felt comfortable and heard throughout the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to foreigners who may be worried about communication barriers and locals as well since they are very caring, helpful and extremely well organized.

  My wife needed some medical review and fit to fly certificate. We had booked via whatsapp and the staff were great. We were seen quickly and the ENT doctor there had good English and really took the time to properly review my wife’s condition. I’m really happy with the service we were provided and we would highly recommend to others.

  All women at the clinic are very sweet and professional. I was not expecting this kind of amazing attitude and kindness (even though Indinesian people are always smiley and kind) since they had to do a major effort talking to a tourist and explaining everything in another language. However, They even took the time to write my symptoms and translate them into English. They were also very patient as I had a lot of questions. Super recommended, specially for tourists traveling yogya who don’t speak Javanese/Bahasa
