The procedure for my PCR test was quick, the result came out two days later, quicker than any other labs in Yogyakarta. The workers are professional and friendly as well. Very recommended, I suggest to come here as early as possible to avoid crowd (7 to 8 AM tops). Keep up the good work.

Well, since you have vision and mission to be fast, accurate anda friendly clinical laboratory in Indonesia, I think you need to upgrade your service. It takes 2 hours for me to queue for the registration. Yes! 2 hours waiting for registration only!! Only 1 customer service help in the process while the other one focus on antigen test registration. I think you should evaluate your system.

If you want to take rapid test for covid-19, there is only antibody test. The results will come out 2-3 hours after you've been tested. The service is good and the staffs are very kind. Moreover, now they serve swab and antigen test also.
