  I was looking for a good clinic and came across this clinic and saw that the rating is at 4.9 so my expectation is that it will be good. I came and during registration saw that there was a registration fee of 50k however if you did a google review, the registration will be 5k, that triggered me and somehow I knew things are not going to be good. In the WhatsApp conversation, I specifically asked if the ipl for legs is for the whole legs or half leg, I was assured that it will be full leg. However during treatment, the doctor only did half leg, not only that only front of the legs! I asked how come that is so, I was told that's the usual practice, only front of the legs and only lower legs. The next day I came back to continue my back ipl and complained, the doctor did the back of my lower legs and I added 700k for the upper legs and this time she did the back of my upper legs too. * The pre-ipl shaving was also not done thoroughly.   I had a really great experience at Med Glow. The reception area is super clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere feels relaxing as soon as you walk in. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful, which made the whole process smooth and easy. I saw Dr. Sintia, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She’s very humble and down-to-earth, and she took the time to explain everything in detail — not just about the treatment, but also the prices, so I knew exactly what to expect. I felt really well-informed and taken care of. Overall, it’s a place I’d definitely come back to. The service is excellent, and you feel genuinely welcomed and understood. Highly recommended!
