waiting for more than 2hrs for result just for a creatinine then still no result unless u dwnld the app 2x. which you can actually let your clients know that you need to dnld the app yet make fun of client by making them wait for the lab result up to they realize that app is needed so helpful

Please be punctual and provide clear information to the customer. I've been asked to arrive before 8am for treadmill test as they said that the test will be at 8am. Apparently, what they mean is they weren't start to work on treadmill test until 8am. While I'm the third person on the line, that makes me wait for another 60 minutes before my turn. Really disappointing.
