  good experience in the room, service, and even the waiting space. Not the best ever but certainly nice. Bathroom/toilet cleanliness could be better. It was often times not cleaned properly or perhaps not that frequently.

  Absolutely incredible staff and facilities! I came in with a severe UTI infection and the staff were so fast and efficient helping with the pain and running tests to fix the problem. Everyone from the doctors to the overnight nurses (Randy 🙌🏼) to the cashiers were absolutely lovely and I felt so safe and cared for. 100 x better hospital than the treatment back in the UK (and the parking in the UK hospitals is 160k an hour so 2k for two hours here is really very good 😂😂) - the RS PRATAMA team should be proud of themselves 🙏🏼❤️

  Attending the the third dose vaccination of COVID-19, I found that this hospital has met all the health service standards. Even though is a medium-sized hospital based on its facilities, it has completed and modernized equipments. The staffs are quite friendly and skill full.
