  I got in contact to book at 3.30pm in the afternoon, initially for the following day but when it became clear they had availability for the same evening I confirmed I’d like to book for then. I was told that would be no problem and to get back in touch after 7pm due to Ramadan which was completely fair enough. I got back in touch and was told all was fine, therapist was on her way and would be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later I get a message saying the therapist can’t come as she is far away and it’s taking longer to get there than initially thought. I say I’m happy to wait, and so they agree she will be with me by 10pm, so I stay up thinking I’m happy for a late massage before bed. 10 o clock came, then 10.15, now it’s 11pm and I have messaged multiple times for updates and have now been ignored. If you want to actually receive a treatment, I would probably try elsewhere.
