Location was a little hard to find - after going through the entire mall, asking people, before being told it was connected to the Radisson hotel next door (on the 5th floor). The experience was smooth and relaxing. The space is clean and the soothing. Customer service is excellent and you will not be disappointed.

I was staying at the Radisson on my way back to Jakarta after several tough days walking in the jungle in South Sumatra. Jannie who was at the front desk at check in (an excellent staff member) suggested a massage to which I obliged in Unwind Spa. My masseuse Maya was incredible and it was one of (if not) the best massages I’ve ever received. The spa is new with a beautiful fit out. I wish I could fly to Bandar Lampung from Australia for another massage.
