  I booked a 2-hour treatment with an additional 30-minute head massage. The masseur’s technique and pressure were excellent throughout the session. However, about an hour into the treatment, the masseur appeared to fall asleep and stopped the massage momentarily. I recommend addressing this to ensure a consistently professional experience for your clients.
