Trying 60 mins massage before catching afternoon train at Bandung Station. Very great experience 👍🏼 thank you kak Rini & kak Danin (helping my husband).

My experience was okay overall, but also a bit disappointing. I booked the massage online, which was very convenient, and they even offered a ride, which I appreciated. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out a form about which areas I wanted to focus on and what type of massage I preferred. I chose a strong massage. After that, they washed my feet and I proceeded to the massage room. The massage itself was really good. The therapist did an excellent job and clearly knew what they were doing. This part of the experience was the highlight for me. However, I had several concerns about hygiene. The toilet was wet and not very appealing. The slippers provided felt oily, which made me uncomfortable and gave the impression that they are not cleaned regularly. The biggest disappointment was the towel. It felt oily and had an unpleasant smell, which really affected my overall experience and made it hard to fully relax. The quality of the massage was great, but cleanliness is very important,

Had a 90-minute reflexology massage here, and it was overall a pretty good experience. While the reflexology area is an open space shared by both men and women, the venue is spacious and dimly lit for comfort. There is a large aquarium right in the centre, and since there was no crowd, the male clients were placed on the opposite side, which I thought was a thoughtful gesture on their part. I highly recommend my masseuse, Kiki! She was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. She immediately made sure my legs were covered whenever anyone walked past. My husband also got a full-body massage, and got a male masseur , bagus bangat! 👍🏻 Honestly, this was way better than the hotel spa we went to recently. Definitely value for money !

Note: I am updating this review to clarify what happened. Management has reached out to apologize, which I appreciate, but I want to share the core issues. 1. Upfront Payment & Lack of Honesty: This place requires you to pay first. The receptionist should have checked the therapist's condition before taking my money. If I had known the therapist was sick and couldn't finish the 120-minute session, I would have gone elsewhere. Instead, they took my payment and only told me there was a problem 40 minutes into the massage. 2. The Pricing Trap: Because they couldn't finish my session, they charged me for 1 hour using a price that is not on their official menu. This made the hourly rate much more expensive than the package I originally chose. I felt "trapped" into paying more because of the spa's own staffing problem. 3. Lack of Sensitivity: Offering a male therapist to a woman wearing a hijab is very insensitive and unprofessional. This was not a real solution for me. 4. Regret Bringin
