  Saturday 28th Feb 2026. My first time trying this massage centre and unfortunately I had a bad experience with the therapist named Mukhtar/Mohtar. I chose the 2-hour package (body massage + reflexology). However, the session finished much earlier, after only about 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the session, he also left the room to wash his hands and get some tea, which took around 10 minutes. It felt like he was trying to reduce the massage time. In addition, he asked me some personal questions such as which hotel I was staying at and who I was staying with, which made me uncomfortable. I have had many massage experiences in Bandung before, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I hope the management can look into this matter and take appropriate action regarding this therapist. The only good thing was the lady at the reception, who was very friendly. I also reported this issue to the reception staff regarding the therapist.

  Found my perfect therapist on my third visit. Thank you Kak Irma 🥺🥺🥺 she knows where all the sore spots are, truly helpful. Would definitely visit again cause of her.
