    I had an overall decent experience, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The massage itself was good in terms of technique and pressure, and I could tell the therapist was skilled. However, I specifically mentioned a few problem areas that needed extra attention, and unfortunately those weren’t really focused on during the session. That was a bit disappointing since that was my main reason for coming in. -1 Star Yet the bigger issue was the room environment. There was a noticeable mildew smell that was quite unpleasant and honestly stronger than the massage oil scent. It made it harder to fully relax and enjoy the experience. -1 Star Also, while the spa has a policy about not being more than 15 minutes late (which is fair), I ended up waiting about 8–10 minutes past my scheduled time before the session started.     My first time here. The customer service is 10/10. Very polite, and kind, but not overly chatty. Just enough to make me comfortable. The price is a good deal for all the facilities and services they give. The massage is not unique enough to release the tension in my body. BUT THE BOREH BALI!!! Amazing! Something I really need as I am getting flu. The heat from the herb is soothing and boosts my immune. Love it! Worth my time, and I probably will check the other branch in Jakarta and Bali. The entire place is also spotless. They provide showers, toilets, and clean towels. Even some basic amenities, and a hair dryer! Love it.

    The massage was excellent, and I was very satisfied! However, the lulur treatment felt like a bit of a scam. They just applied it and told me to go shower without much else. Plus, the head massage lasted only 3 minutes, and the therapist took 15 minutes to wash their hands beforehand. My treatment was supposed to last 2 hours, but it ended up being only 1 hour and 45 minutes.
