  I just stayed one night for transit before my flight the next day. The hotel was modern, quite contrast with the surrounding area. The staffs were friendly and surprisingly they have good service (for the small city outside Java island) I ordered in room dinner service and they gave me the wrong menu, I asked for the replacement and the staff who received my order sent the replacement menu personally, apologize and I receive the fruit platter as the compliment. |The room were spacious. |They have indoor swimming pool.

  I cant say more.. This hotel was great. The atmosphere, the hotel crew. Breakfast not perfect, but it was good. Receptionist so helpfull and nice. Clean room, good quality bed, clean linen and full amenities. ||One thing that little bit bother me was parking for motorcycle. Althought i was a guest, i have to park my motorbike in parking area that 300 metres far from hotel. Out of hotel area. oop, yes i need little exercise ..

  Room have 2 little cockroaches. Toilets are clean. Beds are clean. Fridge and aircon ok. We were given the room with 3 outdoor Aircon units on balcony with humming noise all night long. The ecard lock must be reprogrammed on day 2 of 2 nights stay. Pork free breakfast. Hot water is not hot enough to shower and its lavatory was clogged, desperately needs a plunger service, pouring boiling hot water trick does not work anymore.

  The room is clean ,amenities oke ,provided hair dryer but didn't work well for long hair.Good location near minimarket.
