  Overall, my stay at Swiss-Belhotel Banjarmasin was pleasant. The location is right in the city center, which makes it very convenient. One of the best highlights is the complimentary boat trip to the Lok Baintan Floating Market—a great experience.The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the carpet looked a bit dirty, and the amenities were not very complete (for example, no comb was provided).On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety.

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had reserved a room with pool view and breakfast. The room we got was exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast is very divers and offers a lot for everybody. I do recommend that you go down a little earlier for breakfast as not a lot of people are there yet.

  The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and love the FREE boat to floating market. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. Special highlight goes to the staff at the lobby door on the night of 1 Dec. I totally forgot to get his name, but he was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful to my parents and me from day 1. Keep up the good work! Ps : To all Malaysians coming to Banjarmasin, make sure to choose this hotel, okay? hahaha
