  Do not recommend. First, the required masseur for specific kind of treatment can be deemed unavailable when we arrived, regardless of advanced booking done days ago. Just for info, payment must be made in full before commencing; they only accept cash, do not accept any credit card. No receipt is provided. Appointment time was not adhered by the operator for no reason; after payment was done, they just kept us waiting and we had to press them to expedite, to proceed. This was the worst massaging I ever had. Instead of it being comfortable and relaxing, it was very painful, poorly skilled and was only applying strong force, even after we feed-backed the pain numerous times. Experienced multiple cramps during the session. Facial treatment was mainly just applying a face mask; you can do it yourself at home. Almost none of the masseurs has good proficiency in English or Mandarin, so they may not understand you. Staff were often giggling and talking among themselves, while doing the mass
