    Excellent service from start to finish. Fadhillah made the WhatsApp booking easy with clear and friendly communication. I booked a 3.5-hour couple spa package and had Theresia (5⭐️) as my therapist, she was attentive, respectful, and very skilled. I felt completely comfy throughout, and the treatments did not feel rushed. Had chosen Baluran mandi susu which was heavenly and left my skin noticeably better. My husband enjoyed the lulur manggir and hot blanket wrap but felt his therapist’s massage has plenty room for improvement. Stella(5⭐️) at the front desk was warm, helpful, going above and beyond even after my visit! Overall, a great experience. Looking forward to visiting Amartha again. Highly recommended spa in Batam.     I had a wonderful experience at Amartha Spa. I booked the 90-minute Pijat Amartha, and it was truly worth it. The service was excellent, and I felt completely rejuvenated after the session. My masseuse, Rahma, was calm, attentive, and clearly put in her best effort throughout the massage. The room and bed were both clean, and I really appreciated having the treatment done in a private room, which made the experience even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spa and massage in Batam.

    Had an amazing, relaxing experience here. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful with dim lighting and soothing music. My therapist used the perfect medium pressure and completely relieved the tension in my shoulders. The hot tea at the end was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

    Very relaxing place with good massage. We get the herbal ball for 2hours. Spacious couple room and comfortable area. Will definitely come back again to try other type of massages.
