  Very disappointing experience at Delta Spa Batam. The package prices are extremely high compared to the service provided. The reception staff did not offer a warm welcome and seemed uninterested when we shared our feedback. What surprised me the most was that even mineral water was chargeable. This is the first spa I have visited where guests are charged separately for drinking water, despite paying for a very overpriced package. For the amount charged, I expected much better customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this spa.

  Kindly inform all the tourist don’t go to this place please before commit check all the price everything then commit.. otherwise you loose money here .. Hopefully you all happy enjoy during visit this Delta spa… Some girls good and friendly bot some other girls very rough and ridiculous pls don’t happened when you visited.

  Good place to get a good nice massage for any guy. Needs to book for a spot in advance on rush weekend. Totally recommended.

  Worst service. Check price and pay before go inside. Cruel charges for water bottle 500ml. Didn't tell water bottle as charges and welcome drink. Everything charged without informing. Lunch set menu was available for same price, but not available. Prices are not transparent.
