    Quick reply on WhatsApp, reception good service, budget-friendly option for couples looking for a quick local fix in Batam. The location is strategic, and the local pricing is definitely a draw for those trying to save a few Rupiah compared to the more "touristy" spas. ​However, after giving them three chances, we found the massage skills to be factually inconsistent and overall not up to par. Despite the friendly staff and great rates, the technique lacked the pressure and precision we expected. The therapist keep pressing my toes and calf instead of foot during my 2 hrs foot massage and her speed is super slow! (definitely not train in Reflexology) one of the worst foot Reflexology I ever had! But It’s a decent spot for a simple foot rub if you're in the area, but for a truly skilled therapeutic massage, we’d suggest looking elsewhere.

    If u wan a very very good and relaxing massage. Look for this guy name DEDE.. im not a person whom like spending time to write review. But he is a must to be recommended. Went to many places for massages. He's one of the good one around. Had a 2 hours legs massage from him. Really highly 👏. Ty for giving me a great time coming all the way to batam. He's not those whom know u having 2 hrs leg massage and starting gives u touchy feel.

    This is the worse experience I have encountered with a masseur with poor attitude and technique. She started for 5 min and left to go to the toilet for 10 min and left my back exposed in the cold aircon area with the curtain drawn (open) The place has no hangers for clothes. Pls avoid- there are much better outlets along the stretch

    Paid 270k for 2 hrs traditional massage and purposely request for strong pressure. The receptionist was ok and friendly. I got a private room without any request beforehand. The masseuse never said anything to confirm the massage duration nor asked me about the pressure. 1 hour later, she said the massage has finished. I told her that I paid for 2 hrs duration. She opened the little note passed to her from the reception, and yes my duration should be 2 hrs instead. She apologised that she never see it properly. So, we repeat the same process again. It might be ok for her, but I just CANNOT ENJOY this massage session anymore. Her pressure is not what i expected to be also. Lesson learnt : always double confirm with your masseuse about the duration and the pressure.
