  Arrived at 11:30 PM and opted for a package that included a reflexology session and a full-body massage (70 minutes each). The treatments themselves were good and met expectations. However, the front desk service was highly disappointing. The receptionist failed to properly explain what was included in my package. I only realized later, after comparing the à la carte prices with the package price, that my booking actually included access to the sauna, jacuzzi, and buffet. Because this wasn't communicated to me at registration, I paid and left right after the massage, completely missing out on those facilities. I contacted the spa the next morning to raise this issue. I was told they would check with the receptionist on duty, but they have since gone completely silent and failed to follow up. The technical skills of the therapists are fine, but the customer service and communication from the management and front desk definitely need improvement.

  I made a booking at First Spa about a week before my trip as they operate until late at night. We booked a couple’s package for 9 PM. When we arrived, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa itself is spacious, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We were brought to our couple room, which was really nice. It even had a private shower room inside just for the two of us. Our package also included a buffet and sauna, which sounded like great value. Inside the room, I was impressed with the massage bed. It was wide, comfortable, and the headrest could be adjusted up and down. I also thought the built-in foot washing station underneath the bed was a really cool touch. The massage itself was good, and both of our masseuses did a great job. However, there was one thing that made the experience quite uncomfortable. The massage bed doesn’t have a face hole for when you’re lying face down. We had to keep turning our heads to either the left or right throughout the massage, w

  First time experience was good. Second time was terrible and lousy. Room aircon was not working, took a while to change room, again new room aircon isn't working. It was hotter than inside the sauna and steam bath. Service PR lady staff entirely missing throughout. Nobody bothered at all, massage ladies tried their best though. There were other empty rooms available. Other than an impressive big building, the second time bad experience and service put us off entirely.

  Very big, the place is great for visitors who came early morning with no where to go, came for foot massage, very skillful. Big pool, movie room, relaxing, took a grab from ferry terminal to here cost 40k only.
