  My mum and I had a wonderful experience at Grand Majesty Spa today. A very special thank you to Rosi and Heni, who took such great care of us. They were incredibly professional, attentive and skilled, making us feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The treatments were excellent and exactly what we needed. The spa itself is beautiful, spotless and has a very peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Batam. Highly recommended, especially if you have the chance to book with Rosi and Heni. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

  Arrived at the hotel July 10th, prior to check in time at about 12 noon. Walked into Grand Majesty Spa, looking for where to check in. Booked the room thru a 3rd party website. Asked reception where to check in, and the guy said, “Here”. No greetings, no welcome, just a very cold approach. Handed over my passport to be registered. And alongside that, asked if my parking could be redeemed since I was going to stay at the hotel. He directly said no, didn’t offer any options, and even mentioned nearest parking would be in Nagoya Hill Mall at basement level. Even mentioned that it would be chargeable without any hesitation. I felt taken aback. |After some discussion with the owner who happened to be there and intervened the convo, he offered for me complimentary parking. In which I thanked him for. |Thereafter, I did mention that I requested for early check in through the booking, and he directly said no. Said check in would be at 2pm. Even mentioned I had to pay 100,000IDR if I wanted to

  Had a great experience at Grand Majesty Spa. Pungki did my massage and leg waxing, and she was very friendly and provided excellent service. My facial was done by Dwi, who was also good. One thing I appreciated was that treatments were not rushed. I've seen reviews of other spas shortening massage duration, but here they actually spent more time than the allotted duration. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Batam. Highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful experience at Grand Majesty Day Spa. We booked the 2.5-hour couple massage package, and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. At the reception, Michell attended to us warmly and clearly explained everything included in our spa package. What I appreciated most was that she did not try to upsell any additional services, which made the experience feel very genuine and comfortable. Our therapists, Ida and Martha, were professional, attentive, and very skilled. Throughout the session, they regularly checked on the massage pressure and adjusted it according to our preference. The foot massage was especially good, the body scrub was gentle and painless, and the final jacuzzi bath was a perfect and relaxing finish to the treatment. After the treatment, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary refreshments offered in the lobby — free-flow ginger tea, black rice dessert, mango pudding, banana chips, tempe chips, as well as room-temperature and cold
