  Spacious with 3 floors of massage bed. We were housed on top floor (3rd) which was so warm despite the a/c was running. Masseuse was rubbing so much oil on me and use the same towel to 'clean' off the oil after the session. A hot clean towel would be nice. *Felt itchy on my back after return to hotel. Guess the bed wasn't clean that causes the itch.

  Nice massage, affordable price for penuin’s area. I came after christmast, got 15% discount and the therapist said they just opened few months ago. Clean and spacious place for pamper up. Sadly, only 2 employee avail for hair and nail service, so I cancelled my hair spa due to waiting time

  This spa is huge and the interior looks so retro chic. So cool. Massage is good. Location is awesome, it is next to Batam City Square mall where lots of food and shops are available.

  Not recommended, if you’re looking for relaxing & skilful massage. Taking aromatic full body massage + hair wash with a group of friend, the feedback of all were at the lower average. Facility was clean, well services, masseur work hard but the massage style and skill and hair wash service are truly not my cup of tea.
