    I’ll be sharing my personal experience based on my visit. I’m not sure how accurate the other reviews are, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I opted for a one-hour foot reflexology session and was informed that slots were available. I was quickly ushered into a room, and to be fair, the place looked clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing. The masseur appeared to have very limited skills and techniques. Within a short span of time, I had already memorised the entire routine as the same few movements were repeated throughout the session — probably three techniques or less for the full treatment. What made it worse was that she kept applying oil/lotion repeatedly, but very little was actually done to work on the pressure points or relieve the tension in my feet.     From the warm welcome at the reception to the magic hands of the therapist, the service was absolutely amazing! The place felt so serene and the massage? Pure bliss.. I walked out of Namaste feeling refreshed, pampered, and totally recharged. Such a lovely escape! I’d go back in a heartbeat!
