    I had an amazing massage experience here. My therapist was knowledgeable and caring, and she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire massage. The spa itself is impeccably clean with a really relaxed atmosphere that made it the perfect place to recharge. Would definitely recommend it, and I can't wait to my next visit to Batam.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended – best foot massage I’ve had! Just finished a wonderful 90 minute foot massage at Naya Spa, and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish. My first visit here was about two months ago, when my friend Sisi introduced me to therapist Devi, she was so good that I specifically requested her again this time. Devi is truly skilled and professional; she knows exactly the right pressure points and her technique is consistent and thoughtful exactly what I needed. The spa environment is calm, clean, and soothing, with a relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service was warm, attentive, and seamless throughout, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great massage, Naya Spa is well worth every penny. I’ll definitely be coming back again!👍👏

    I had a nice experience at Naya Spa! I chose the 30-minute body scrub and 60-minute classic massage, and both treatments were very relaxing and enjoyable. This is a genuine family-friendly spa with a professional atmosphere and no inappropriate services. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. My massage therapist was a lady in her 50s. Although she was quite petite, her massage pressure was just right — firm enough to relieve tension but still very comfortable. I really enjoyed her technique. One thing I particularly liked was the body scrub. It was a dry scrub rather than having water constantly poured over the body, which can sometimes feel cold and uncomfortable. The therapist put in a lot of effort, and the treatment felt very thorough. The total cost for both treatments was around IDR 420,000 (if I remember correctly), which I felt was good value for the experience.     Naya Spa is immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing from the soft music to the calming scents of the massage oil, it’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. ​I was introduced to Naya Spa by Sisi.
