Went for a head spa and they badly burnt one large chunk of my scalp! wanted to let it go but ultimately decided to post this on Day 3 as it is so badly burnt there are now blisters on my scalp! As there really is no recourse for incidents like these, visit at your own risk.

This place is very close to Artotel. A great place for a massage. The place was very clean, smells nice and the people are very friendly and professional. Lina was fantastic, she helped addressed all my pain and issues. I highly recommend this place!

If you’re willing to walk a few minutes, there are several shops near the mall. I think their prices are relatively cheaper compared to here. The massage shop is just opposite Artotel Hotel. When my brother went for a massage, they asked for tips—is that normal? Overall, the massage was good and the service was great.

Clean and reasonable priced. Most importantly opposite Artotel where we are staying. This place speaks English and Chinese with dialects at the front desk so no issue explaining if you need any specific instructions. My mom did a 2hr leg and shoulder neck massage at a more fancy spa but did not help her leg pain, we came here at almost 9pm (they close at 10pm), they found a lady who can fix my mom legs and allow a 2hr massage even when they are closing. Nice bosses, almost closed to midnight, helped my mom across the road to the hotel. Great massage, great service, great hospitality. Highly recommend and will come back again for sure.
