  Due to last minute changed of plans, we need to seek alternative Massage places instead of our usual. This place the ambience & cleaniness is tip top standard. There are couple rooms available, but we're fully booked as we were considered as walk in on that day. Both my wife & myself were allocated to different single room. In the room, there is a electronic locker where you can locked away you stuff & bag using a wrist tag. The therapist was good in terms of skill and always check if her strength is ok for me. Both my wife & myself enjoyed our 90 mins massage before going for a quick lunch at the coffeeshop around the corner.

  My wife and I visited Siam Odyssey recently, and we both left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I opted for the hot stone massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The heat was just right, and the therapist worked out all the tension in my shoulders and back without it ever feeling too intense. The stones were placed and stroked with real skill. My wife had the Balinese massage, and she hasn’t stopped raving about it. She said the pressure was perfect – firm but soothing – and the therapist used lovely long, flowing strokes that left her feeling both energized and deeply relaxed. The atmosphere was calm and clean, the staff were welcoming, and we appreciated that they checked on our comfort without being intrusive. We’ll definitely be back the next time we need a proper unwind.

  As this is a well-known brand, but the service, skills, and overall environment did not match the reputation. The therapists were polite, but the massage techniques did not feel particularly skilled or consistent. The room layout also placed the bed directly under a beam, which felt uncomfortable and affected the overall relaxation. Considering this was the highest price among the massage shops along the street, the experience did not feel commensurate with the amount paid. Totally not worth the price paid.

  Whenever I come to Batam Island, I always visit this spa. The service is great and the therapists are skilled and authentic. This time I did a full-body scrub and an essential oil massage. The products they used were very good, and the scrub felt really comfortable.
