  My husband and I booked a 2.5 hours spa package just yesterday to have today and we absolutely loved it. As part of the package, we were picked up by the wonderful Mrs Yus who was so patient in waiting for us outside the terminal. We then drove to the spa and when we arrived we had a refreshing cucumber water and were guided through a process to choose different scents for our scrubs and oils. After that, we had a 60-minute full body massage, then a 30-minute leg reflexology treatment followed up with a 30 minute body scrub and 30 minute milk soak. The treatments were all amazing and delivered by the kind Aya and Wulan, who made us both feel so amazing. Finally, after all that, we had a really tasty ginger tea and were then dropped off to a location of our choice. Thank you everyone for making this such a wonderful experience; we would really recommend this, especially if like us you’re just visiting from Singapore on a one day trip as you get great service for incredible value.

  I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. What impressed me the most was how she paid attention to the pressure and comfort level throughout the session, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere of the spa was clean, calming, and well-maintained, but Aya’s service truly made the experience exceptional. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Batam. Highly recommend requesting Aya if you visit Spa Central Batam. Will definitely come back again!

  Booked the Full Day Spa Package with my partner and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our therapists Indah and Anya were really good in terms of skills and service.👍🏻 I am impressed that they are assigned to us to follow through for the full day - massages, facial and hair - and are actually skilled in all areas. I appreciate their attention to details and professionalism upheld throughout the whole session. They check with you to ensure they are using the right amount of pressure and maintained the same pressure for every stroke, throughout the day. And they’re really good at getting to the knots with just enough strength, without compromising on comfort. No excessive chitchatting with each other or other masseuse too, unlike what you would get in most other massage places. I really appreciate this about them. Therapist Yuli took over for my hair spa and she’s really sweet and sincere in her service too. It is evident the therapists at Spa Central are a notch above even some of the

  Reception when we arrived was good and helpful. It was a relaxing aroma massage but the body scrub was a bit lacking as compared to what I tried previously in other countries and establishments. Anya was very professional and will ask for permission before touching face or chest etc. She will also check about pressure used to ensure I’m comfortable. Overall a great experience.
