  Had a Brazilian wax and a 30 min Head & back massage. My therapist Tira is very nice and patient. Made me feel very comfortable during the waxing. And the massage was great. Her hands made me totally relax. The shop is not inside of the main Nagoya Hill Mall building but across the road in the non connected block.

  Got the couples package and my experience was absolutely wonderful. My masseuse Eka was very accomodating and welcoming. She asked if I had any particular area I wanted to focus on or if I had any extra sensitive areas before starting. The pressure of the massage was just right and the entire process was very beneficial and relaxing. The body scrub was also very nice and didn't feel painful at all. You can choose from different kinds of aroma and scrubs. Ask the staff for their recommendations based on your skin type! The milk bath and shower afterwards was the best way to conclude the entire experience. Highly recommended!

She was attentive, professional, and knew exactly how to work on the areas with the most tension. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.   Had a great experience at Spa Central Nagoya! The environment was clean, relaxing, and family-friendly. We booked a Traditional Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Kids Massage, and all of us enjoyed it very much. The staff were polite and professional, and the massage was very comfortable after a long trip. Our child also felt relaxed and welcomed. Highly recommended for families visiting Batam. Will definitely come back again!
