  We recently stayed at Klub Bunga and, while there were some positives, there were also several disappointing aspects that affected our experience. On the positive side, the hotel has plenty of activities for children, which makes it a good option for families. Just be aware that many of these activities come at an additional cost. The security staff at the front gate were always friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile every time we arrived or left. I would also like to mention the reception staff who checked us out on 7th July—they were the first staff members during our entire stay to genuinely smile, greet us warmly, and make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the service throughout the rest of our stay was well below what we expected. At check-in, we were simply handed our room key with no explanation about breakfast times or location, where our room was, or any information about the hotel facilities.   One stop hotel for kids activities. Do not need to go anywhere else. Hotel facilities are top notch. The only complain maybe the design of hotel that they have many stairs that could be a problems for someone that bring big luggage. And location of lift is far away from the front desk. But overall this hotel is excellent.

  I’ve got this nice room during Christmas holiday for 1.5mill/ night include breakfast, it was room 416 and worth it ✨ We got great experience, service and stay here. Housekeepers really great, they clean and maintain room very well. Front desk so friendly and helpful. Waiter/ waitress so patience to handling all kinds of different and difficult guests around. It was huge area, we didn’t even feel the crowds during Christmas holiday. the only minus : your jacuzzi were so dirty, a lot of crack in the tile and slippery floor.

  One of the oldest tourist attractions in Batu, but it is still very enjoyable until now, there are many unique and super exciting rides if you play with family and friends, there is an ATV arena with a really fun mud area, rainbow slides, etc., there is also a billiards area in the hotel lobby, the staff here are also very friendly, all questions are explained well and it feels comfortable to travel here, highly recommended 👌
