  (+) Love the rooms, I stayed in Shinjuku cottage. It was so cozy and clean. The natural air is about 25-18 Celsius, cool and very fresh mountain air enough for me. No need air conditioner but they provide an air cooler unit in the room. (+) Buggy car is always ready to pickup and deliver the guests to and from public area to the cottage. (+) Wide & clean area, so tempting for jogging although the terain was up & downhill, quite challenging (-) The onsen tub automatically filled up on 20.00 and emptied out on 23.00 guests cannot use the onsen other than those hours. (-) The onsen tub is small, max cap 4 adults sitting shoulder to shoulder. I wish they remove the make shift boulder 🪨 at the corner to make more room for soaking and it would make it cleaner and safer. Honestly that boulder corner was rough, it's not comfortable and may scratch your toes. Why don't they make the onsen clean square like spa jacuzzi There's a public onsen that opened only in Saturday. I wish I can enjoy tha

  Great service from the resort. Amazing scenery, complete facilities, clear instruction. Their complementary facilities are thoughtful. Good place to heal yourself alone or with family! Also shout out for the service from our receptionist, Mbak Yufika. She helps a lot and welcome us warmly. It was rainy while we arrive at the resort, she instantly offers helps and services. Good job!

  A beautiful experience in a stunning location we would highly recommend. Our massage treatments were incredible. We really appreciated the pick up and drop off from town too.

  The location is not too strategically, the road to the resort are narrow and supposedly one way road but less road lights and many motorbike rides against so consider dangerous. Without gmap, you won’t easily find the place, even with gmap at some points your map asking you to go around
