    This would have to be one of the worst experiences I've had in a massage spa in 8 years of living in Indonesia. Whilst my therapist was ok, the constant coming in and out of the reflexology area by staff, in particular the young male staff, who for most of my 90 minutes stood in the doorway talking loudly, and one just stared at me..I asked him in Indonesian why he was staring at me and he just stood there and laughed. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had in my years living here. The male staff are rude and arrogant. Although I'm a bule I have citizenship here a!d do not expect to be treated so badly. Your male staff need reprimanding.

    Here are a few things you should know about this place 1. The room is like any other reflexologies that I've visited, but it's too noisy. The therapists talked to each other loudly, they probably scrolled tiktok or IG reels or whatever it is, quite loudly as well, even my therapist sometimes used his phone while doing services 2. Didn't try their massage yet, so no comments about it 3. Cross-gender service is prohibited here. Male customers with male therapists and female customers would be handled by female therapists. 4. Don't know exactly about this one, but tipping is quite a culture here. So, get ready for your tip. 5. If I'm not mistaken, it's mentioned at the receptionist there's a welcome drink, but I didn't receive anything. 6. For the payment methods, we may use qr, debit, and cash That's all that I can mention. Experiences could be different so, feel free to enjoy their services
