  Disappointing service—shifted the problem instead of fixing it. ​My friend and I booked separate rooms for massages here. Fifteen minutes into the session, my friend asked his masseuse twice for firmer pressure. Instead of addressing the issue properly or bringing in someone else, the staff simply swapped our masseuses. ​As a result, I was stuck with the person giving the incredibly weak massage. They didn't resolve the issue; they just passed it onto me. A frustrating experience. Will not be returning.

  Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. The massage was rushed, careless, and clearly done by someone with zero professionalism. I paid for relaxation and left feeling more stressed and annoyed. The staff had no courtesy, no skill, and no basic respect for customers. This place is a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this unprofessional setup.
