We went for the BABOR Hydra Bomb Facial (IDR 825k each). Before booking, I specifically clarified whether exfoliation and extraction were included, and was told yes. The session started with the usual cleansing, but one thing immediately stood out: the therapist wiped my lips with a cotton pad and then almost instantly used what felt like the same pad on my eyes. It happened so quickly that it didn’t seem possible a fresh pad was used, which wasn’t very reassuring hygiene-wise. It was supposed to be a relaxing facial, but throughout the session there was constant door opening and closing, which was quite disruptive. On top of that, the sound system in the room was poor. I’d give this spa 3 stars. The high ratings on Google Maps set my expectations quite high, so maybe that influenced my experience. My boyfriend and I booked a 120-minute package (scrub + massage). The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, but there were a few issues. We arrived at 9:00 PM, but the treatment only started around 9:10 PM. I understand the spa closes at 11:00 PM, but it would have been more fair if they had suggested a 90-minute package instead of selling a 120-minute service and then shortening the time. Also, the experience between therapists was quite inconsistent. The way my therapist did the body scrub was very gentle, while my boyfriend’s therapist applied much better pressure. It felt like a completely different standard of treatment. I believe the spa should improve consistency so all therapists f

Highly recommended! My first Bali massage experience and I enjoyed it so much. Professional staff - from the reception to my body massage therapist named Sari were all so nice and gentle. Would definitely come back again next time, thank you! 🥰🥰

I have been to a lot of massage places in Bali but this is by far the best experience I have had at any of these spas. They hit every knot on my neck and shoulders and made me feel INCREDIBLE. Desa was amazing and honestly the best therapist. Thank you Korra spa
